Esther is a freelance change agent with rich experience of supporting leaders and their teams through live change initiatives in the UK, Mainland Europe, US, South East Asia and South Africa.  An established international author, and former lecturer in Change Leadership for the University of Bristol, she has been experimenting with integrated approaches to leadership and change for 30 years.  She is also Co-Founder of Integral Change Consulting Ltd, a niche company that specialises in supporting complex change projects.
