Fiona is a web and social media professional with over 12 years’ experience developing digital environments. Identifying as ‘part geek and part dog-lover’, she considers herself a ‘social animal’.

As Creative Services Manager at Insights, Fiona supports the organisation’s mission of changing the world of work, by building the organisation’s digital landscape and enabling the development of creative content that supports real learning and real conversations, in real-time.

Fiona was previously the Managing Editor at Abertay University and holds a Bachelors degree in Media Production from Northumbria University.
