Kim Anderson is a Designer for global people development company Insights. She is passionate about Inclusive Design and the positive impact that considering learning opportunities from many different perspectives can have on the design process. Kim is experienced in developing and facilitating design-led workshops and ‘sprints’ for groups and teams of different size. She has applied the Inclusive Design framework with great success in the L&D industry and charity/community-building space. Kim has a BA in Computer Arts from Abertay University and a MS in Design for Business from the University of Dundee.
