I derive my tools and expertise from long experience in different fields and industries, from communication flow and gaps, intercultural communication, holistic thinking (open systems), Japanese techniques (nemawashi, kaizen, muda, nagare, pull and TQC), long experience as an interactive learner-centred trainer, accelerated learning trainer-trainer and simulations facilitator, open space technology, conflict resolution techniques, research on organisational principles (mechanic vs organic organising principles), direct democracy and sociocracy principles, pull leadership, lean production, wastage elimination, a focus on customers and issues (away from personality centrism), and a preoccupation with flow and managing complexity.
