Lee Waller is Director of Research Fellows and Specialist Services and Research Lead for Transforming Behaviour at Hult International Business School. Her recent research projects have explored the digitisation of leadership development, the neurological processes involved in experiential learning, and the transfer of learning. Lee teaches in the areas of neuroscience and learning, and developing a high performing learning organisation.
Lee has an Honours degree in Psychology, and a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology. She is also a graduate member of the British Psychological Society, and is qualified in a range of psychometric tools. She is currently undertaking a PhD at the University of Reading,
