Lisa has been in the HR industry for 25 years in a number of roles including consultancy, advocacy, and design/delivery of development programmes. More recently Lisa spent five years as a director of the consulting division of a global outsourcing company during which she was a regular contributor to a number of publications, travelled the UK speaking on topics ranging from employee relations to Brexit and developed online resources for clients.
Lisa believes strongly in continuous learning and since completing her degree in psychology she has returned to study many times both at university and college. Her further qualifications were gained in law, a post-graduate diploma in HRM, philosophy and creative writing. In addition she qualified as a practitioner in PRINCE 2 and neurolinguistic programming.
