Spent many years working in Finance sales and helping distributors and businesses improve their performance.  Became a full time training consultant in 1991 after being made redundant.  I had always enjoyed training distributors and agents to sell and was lucky to be in the right place at the right time to join the external training department of a large insurance company.

I have worked under my own banner since 1999 and love every training interaction I have, both as a learner and facilitator.  I am particularly passionate about how learning is delivered in terms of both the medium and style.
