Mathias Guttu is the Director of Strategic Initiatives at Degreed. Matt has extensive experience working in the corporate learning space with leadership roles at several ed-tech startups including Skillshare, eLearning Mind, Hickory Training and Pathgather which was acquired by Degreed in 2018.

 Before working in educational technology, Matt worked at a fast-growing healthcare startup ZocDoc in sales, operations, and strategy. Matt started his career in finance at Allen Partners where he left as Sr. Vice President of Investments.
