Founded in 1999, The DMP Consultancy was set up to deliver personal and business improvement for corporate organisations seeking to boost performance.

The consultancy was launched by Mike Greatwood, following a successful executive leadership career (as HRD & MD) for a  FTSE100 technology company as well as senior roles in retail, recruitment, leisure, transportation and investment sectors. Mike and The DMP Consultancy team have a strong track record of consulting engagements and executive coaching, where engagement and effectiveness are essential.

Through this work Mike spotted the lack of employee engagement programmes that really do contribute to employee and therefore the organisation’s wellbeing; and following an exclusive EU partnership agreement with Floyd Consulting, has developed The Dream Manager Program Europe.
