I joined Bard Pharmaceuticals in Aug 1988 as part of the Production Team, during 16 years I took on a number of roles including training, supervisory and first line management (CMI – Level 3 ICM). In March 2005 I moved into Training and Development and retrained as a Training Officer. New skills aquired – Training design and delivery, Coaching, Facilitation, Verification, Consulting and Advising and Solutions Focus. Having added Training (CIPD CTP) Assessor (A1/A2) and Online learning facilitation (COLF) qualifications, I am now ready to take on new projects to stretch my potential.
