Many years experience working in senior management for a variety of blue chip organisations, including involvement in creation and design of training for managers and sales people. Also experienced in HR Consultancy. Five years ago decided to set up own training organisation based in the South West focusing on provision of learning solutions to SMEs, including bespoke learning, public sessions and coaching. The business has now expanded to work with large corporate, public sector organisations and several niche markets covering management and leadership, people and performance, communications, HR & employment legislation, personal effectiveness, sales and customer service and marketing. Nicky still creates the majority of the training and coaching and delivers most of the training in the South West using associates to deliver training elsewhere in the UK.
