As MD of Bray Leino Learning I have ultimate responsibility for the quality service we deliver. This means that my role is really all about the people who deliver that service, be it training administration, elearning development or face to face training. Of course I am always on the look out for new opportunities where we can build partnership relationships with clients.
I have worked in Learning & Development for many years and I have a particular interest in the changes people from generation 'y' and 'millennials' will make to existing workplaces and practices – and how L&D will need to facilitate that change.
