Paul is a founding Director of BiteSize Learning, which he set up in 2005 following a successful career in HR and Training.  He worked as Head of HR for large Companies in both the UK and America and ran a Corporate University in Chicago. Within Shiparo, he takes responsibility for BiteSize Learning programme design, and still enjoys facilitating  programmes. He is also lead for Customised Development, our bespoke training and development solutions stream. Paul has a fascination with how organisations manage change, a strong belief in the value of good people management, and a passion for providing tools, techniques and thinking that will help individuals to take control of those challenges currently outside their comfort zones.
