For nearly two decades Paul has studied effective organizations and the people that lead them. Paul is fascinated by what works in organizations and why people follow some people and not others.
His interests include: human behavior, leadership, organizational dynamics, research, trends, networking and meeting interesting people.
In 2007 & 2008 he was voted 12th in the Top 30 Most Influential Leadership Gurus in the World for contribution to leadership development.

The ability to see things from a different angle, and the ability to make complex things easy to understand.

I am also absolutely straight with people. I don’t suffer fools easily but at the same time I am prepared to help anyone willing to help themselves.

I deliver Key Note speeches and facilitate workshops based on my research. I also develop case studies for leaders to use with their teams.
