I am co-founder of Trainers’ Library (www.trainerslibrary.com) which has been transforming training for more than 20 years by providing L&D professionals a huge library of original and activities and resources proven to ensure engaging, learning led and experiential courses and workshops.

I spend my spare time with my horses (using my knowledge of natural horsemanship and communication techniques) and other animals. I’m also a keen writer of fiction and enjoy trying other creative activities.
