An experienced facilitator, trainer and coach who has considerable experience of working collaboratively at all levels to provide learning solutions aligning to business strategy, objectives and company values.

Sophie specialises in supporting individuals and teams with a wide range of development interventions to achieve their goals and peak performance. She has also worked with individuals and businesses to identify learning and capability gaps and developed associated learning and development strategies to close these gaps.

Career Background

Sophie has worked across a number of learning and development roles and projects to support all aspects of people development.

Having worked across a diverse number of sectors, Sophie has developed a wide-ranging appreciation of organisational and people challenges. This appreciation has supported her in working with organisations on team building utilising psychometric tools, organisational change, performance management and management and leadership development. Her experience also covers coaching of middle managers.

Sophie moved into consultancy in 2013 to continue maintain her enthusiasm and passion for individual, team and organisational development.

Sophie holds a MA in Human Resources Management, and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. She is qualified to administer SDI (Strengths Deployment Inventory) Level 1, Myers Briggs Type Indicator Step 1 and Hay Group Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI).
