Steve Read has more than 20 years of experience as a leadership and management development consultant, coach and trainer. He began his career in the hospitality industry at operational and senior management levels. After further study, Steve worked in consultancy and management roles for several training companies. In 2000 he began running ACL training programmes for a wide variety of clients and in 2008 he joined forces with John Adair to form Adair International Ltd.
Steve enjoys music (of most but not all kinds), especially played live, and tries to keep up with his son playing guitar. He plays infrequently and badly as ‘Three Chord Pinkerton’ with the pop-up band The Pinkertons. He is a keen cyclist – especially in the flat-lands of Cambridgeshire.
