With a strong interest in creative design, an ambition to “make it” in the business world and the love for a good challenge, there was only ever really going to be one profession that ticked all the boxes – Marketing.
Since graduating from University I have built experience across the broad spectrum of Marketing, including the Public and Private Sector, large Corporates to SME’s, B2B and B2C, and the full Marketing mix – both digital and offline. I’m also a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
I’ve been lucky enough to work under some remarkable Directors, who have generously shared their countless, varied years of experience with me. Now I get to do that with our customers.
What I really enjoy is helping organisations use Marketing to identify, generate and convert growth opportunities. Enabling them to provide a high-quality customer experience and finding new ways for them to add value.
Getting under the skin of a customer’s business, understanding their brand and vision and then working collaboratively to translate this into a Marketing strategy, delivered using ISL’s solutions is hugely rewarding.
Due to their success, some of our clients in the UK L&D have been acquired by leading US-based Learning Providers. We also count prestigious red brick Universities among our long-term clients, providing systems that drive student recruitment via innovative campaigns.
Thanks to strong partnerships, our clients are now pioneers in their own right, our CRM software helped County Council clients win European awards for Customer Service, while our training management software helped Training Providers become the first in their sector to offer 24/7 online booking.
A focus on ROI and project deliverables underpins everything, whether that’s developing new strategies, managing campaigns, launching products or producing content.
