As part of the product management team, Tim drives innovation by working in partnership with customers to understand their learning technology roadmaps and ensuring Kallidus’ solutions deliver what they truly need.  Tim’s role involves working alongside customers to validate new product features and functionality to ensure Kallidus’ products deliver tangible results in an engaging and measurable way.   A key focus of Tim’s role involves sharing best practices with customers to help them maximise their investments in learning technologies.

Before joining Kallidus, Tim was Online and Mobile Learning Manager at Vodafone Group, where he directed their global digital learning strategy.  Previous to this, Tim was responsible for learning technologies at Eversheds LLP, the leading global law firm, where he also implemented the Kallidus LMS.

Tim has worked in the learning technologies sector for over 22 years as a practitioner and consultant.  He is a popular speaker at conferences and master classes and a regular commentator in the training press.
