Tristram Hooley, chief research officer,  Institute of Student Employers. Tristram combines his work at the ISE with academic research and writing and is Professor of Career Education at the University of Derby, Professor II at the Inland Norway University of Applied Sciences, Visiting Professor at Canterbury Christchurch University and Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern Queensland. His research and writing is focused on career and career guidance and he has authored or edited six books and a large number of articles and reports.
