We are putting together a session on interviewing skills for young people as part of an employability programme. We were thinking of showing video of a bad interview on the part of the interviewee.

Not quite what you are looking for but most of the Job Search websites have interview videos. Sure you will find something there…Monster has a "reasons for not getting the job"
