Calling all HR and training professionals – Balance Learning is keen to hear your views for its fourth blended learning survey.
And for everyone taking part there’s a chance to win a a 17ins widescreen TV/DVD combi and a multi-user interactive DVD of one of Balance Learning’s training courses. There is a runner-up prize of a pair of VIP tickets to the World of Learning Conference.
This year the survey looks at training matters: including the types of training delivery methods currently being used in organisations in the UK and the typical components used in a blended learning programme. It will also explore how organisations are measuring performance improvement.
The closing date for taking part is August 31 and the results will be available from November.
Last year’s survey looked at the influence corporate culture has on an organisation’s training strategy and the increasing use of blended learning.
It found that 44 per cent of organisations were using blended learning for management or supervisory skills training programmes and more than 75 per cent of organisations regularly look for new approaches to training.
