Does any one know of a good quality training pack for delivery in residential care homes ? We have had difficulty in finding materials that are NOT geared towards hotel or industrial kitchens.

Multi-media Solution
We produce a generic multimedia course on food hygiene and although it is aimed at the hotel and catering market, it is built using our own ‘Chameleon’ tool which means anything is very easily tailorable.
We are not experts in the ‘Care’ field, but if you or others have the relevant content we can easily build on the current course to ensure the content goes further to meet your specific needs.

My materials in food hygiene and safety are generic in nature. They are used already by a supermarket and a local authority. The materials are very user friendly, well illustrated and amusing. They have been well received by a wide range of people who deal with food.
