The matrix is used to analyse the behaviour of participants during meetings. The matrix consists of 13 behaviour categories which are “scored”each time a participant uses them in a meeting. The results can then be marked and behaviour patterns fed back to participants.

    Are you sure you’ve got the author’s name right?

    The reason I ask is that a search on Google only produces 7 results for the name “Hathwaite” (even without the forename “Kate”) – and two of those are your messages to this forum!
