I have drafted a L&D strategy for my organisation but before my board go live with it they wish me to bemchmark with an engineerimg manufactoring company to try to establish whether my training strategy will work or, as is probably the case, whether any lessons can be learnt.

I am looking for only a days visit to the site to try to understand what the company are trying to achieve and how they match their L&D to their objectives.
