I have recently used http://www.skillfair.co.uk to find a PR person – I posted the requirement and within 3 days I had several good quality replies.
You should also consider http://www.trainerbase.co.uk as there are 100’s of trainers listed with their profiles and specialisms – you could also list the requirement on this site.
