I need to hire an in-house trainer. I would like recommendations of the best place(s) to advertise. The websites I've tried all focus heavily on IT-related training vacancies and are, IMHO, difficult to use. But I'm not against using the web, per se: I just need to know about the appropriate sites. Otherwise, what about the professional bodies, publications or specialist agencies? Any experiences you can share would be most welcome - from trainers (who might have looked / be looking) and potential employers (who've been down this road before). Thank you in advance.

Try Right Here!!
Wendy,
How about right here? The Jobs and Tenders sections of the community provide an ideal place to talk to the right people immediately. Go to the ‘Work’ heading on the left hand tool bar and click through to ‘Jobs’ and have a look!
Please feel free to give me a call directly on 0117 9158652, and we can look at the ways of targeting your desired candidates in the most cost effective manner.
Try ITOL
Wendy
The Institute of Training and Occupational Learning will carry adverts for trainers or training contracts on its members-only website at http://www.itol.co.uk
All you need to do is e-mail the details of the vacancy or contract to admin@itol.co.uk and it will be posted the same day. At present ITOL makes no charge for this service.
If you need to talk it through please give me a call on 0161 483 4577.
