Headline Training are looking for any freelance trainers who are fluent in either French, German, Spanish or Italian to present training courses to Customer Service Agents (CSA's) at a Financial Services Call Centre.
The training programme will incorporate both soft skills and IT elements, including their internal bespoke IT system.
The first four weeks of the project would involve Train the Trainer (conducted in English), followed by four weeks training delivery in your chosen language.
The project is due to start at the end of March and so you would need to be available for the whole of April and May.
Previous experience within a Call Centre would be beneficial.
