NHSU director Bob Fryer and government e-learning policy adviser Mark Cummings will be the headline speakers at this year's British Learning Association (BLA) Conference.
The two will address the opening keynote session 'Building a Learning Culture' at the event set to take place in April.
Other contributors include representatives from Becta, Barclays University Business School, BBC Worldwide Learning, The National Extension College, NEWOD, Fuel IT and Skills for Business Network, e-skills UK.
Speakers will tackle topics such as changing patterns in learning, costs versus quality, the changing patterns in learning and bridging the skills gap.
