Blended learning approaches beginning to make inroads into organisational development

default-16x9

Blended learning is not just a buzz-word but is being put into action for real in organisations.

That's the key finding of our member poll, conducted last month to coincide with our monthly feature on the subject, which asked TrainingZONE members to assess the use of a combination of training delivery methods within their organisations.

Almost a third said they had recently begun to use blended approaches, while a fifth said they had always made use of a combination of training methods and that the approach was not new to them. A further 22% said they were considering introducing blended delivery methods. However, 17% were not aware of the definition of blended learning, and 9% had not considered using a combination of training techniques together in their organisation.
