Blockbuster editable template

Afternoon
In a previous life, I’ve used templates for games such as blockbusters and who wants to be a millionaire for training purposes. The editable versions allow you to add your own questions etc….

Unfortunately, my memory stick has given up the ghost and I didn’t have a backup. If anyone is willing to share a template or has a website address please let me know.
