I have recently started up my own consultancy business advising businesses on how to approach and implement business change with minimum risk. I was previously MD of a 30 man software business and have worked on successfully implementing change in International, Pan-European and small, single site, businesses. Although I major in "change" I have a strong all-round skill and experience base so I can laterally view issues and suggest solutions from many angles. I stongly believe that succesful change can be a managed process. This has to be built from a solid base of Senior Managment commitment, Ownership of the change process within the employee base, A well defined terms of reference for the change, communication and a well structured project plan. I act as a Facilitator and Catalyst to the change process itself.
