‘Bonanza’ for thousands on Learning at Work Day – 20 May

default-16x9

Thousands of employees will be focusing on learning on Thursday 20 May, national Learning at Work Day. Hundreds of employers, including the West Country Ambulance Service, Trebor Bassett Ltd, the National Trust, Vimto Soft Drinks, British Aerospace and Rolls Royce have been in touch with the Campaign for Learning to find out how they can get involved.

'Given the choice most of us would like to learn at work. ' says Campaign for Learning Chief Executive, Bill Lucas, ' In fact, our research shows that the work place is one of our favourite learning environments, second only to our homes. What's more, 77% of us would prefer to work for an employer that supports learning and training rather than one that gives large salary increases.'
