I qualified professionally then entered management in 1981. I led a number of increasingly complex management structures culminating in a 39-branch UK professional operation. I took this group through a major programme of innovation and change, using the principles of the EFQM Excellence Model and Balanced Scorecard, culminating in a top industry award.
I set up my own consultancy in 1998 and merged my interests with Hawthorne Learning Group in 1999 in order to use the complementary skills of the Directors to promote Quality Management, Organisational Development and Continuous Improvement based on the Excellence Model.
I am a BQF Licensed Trainer of EFQM Assessors, and an Associate or Fellow of various professional bodies. I hold a Diploma in Advanced Management from INSEAD, near Paris. My experience as a trainer/facilitator is in both public and private sector organisations.
