Budgetting & Fundraising case studies and activities?

I am looking for specific session plans, activities or case studies on budgetting and fundraising for a community & voluntary sector org with a WIDE diversity of trainees. They are working on writing funding bids for grant monies which some delegates have experience of (and want more tricks of the trade) and some have no experience of the process. Any help appreciated!
