Can anyone suggest a book(s) or other materials which provide focused on case studies, for a first supervisor training program.
Perhaps two areas:
– Gaining clarity of expected outputs, job by job.
– Some typical ‘people difficulties’ whci could be difficult for a first time supervisor to handle.
(p.s. not looking for games / icebreakers, etc)
