A while ago I came across an exercise called ‘Blocks to effective teamwork’ or something similar. Does anyone have a copy or know where it is available from?
As I recall, it had 100 or so questions which were designed to be answered blind, but were grouped into 12 catagories.
By collating the results, you could get a feel for how team members are performing.
