    Business Link do some reasonable guidelines for drafting your business plan, and although you have to be a member, it is free. Go to http://www.businesslink.org.

    Alternatively, I can give you details of a wonderful business strategist who could sort it out for you in a jiffy!

    Most banks have excellent business plan guidelines and yusually have paper based, disc and CDROM blanks to adapt to specific needs

    Try also the various business web sites like business gaetway and LearnDirect who tend to have good guidance on such matters
