I have taught science in secondary schools in the UK and Africa for 13 years. I have also worked with adults at Voluntary Service Overseas head office, and still do several weekends training on international development issues for them each year. I'm interested in moving into training full time, and would love some advice on how to go about this, sources of information etc etc - also some thoughts on the satisfactions and frustrations of this type of work.
