Can anyone point me to a free e-learning course to help people evaluate e-learning?

I’m looking for a simple on-line e-learning course that is a good example of e-learning technology. It should be on the subject of e-learning itself. It should be FREE and last for no more than 30 minutes or so and not require the user to fill in a five page questionnaire to enrol.

Its purpose is to introduce people with no experience of e-learning to the subject in a very simple way.
