I have lots of ideas about how to use interactive features in our training material (our main focus is systems simulations, plus customer service scenarios and business process changes), and I have just obtained licences for Adobe Creative Suite 3 so that I can start to use Flash. We have been using Raptivity but found the range quite limiting, and also a bit "beige"!

I'm looking for a good book to get me started with Flash - and would appreciate advice from existing Training designers who use Flash on what to buy. I'm not so interested in books that describe animation and cartooning in Flash.
