I am at the moment working to implement a professional and structured TNA and evaluation process in the workplace. As part of this I would like to attend a workshop however I do not have a huge budget. Can anyone recommend a course, I am based in Newcastle, which does not cost too much, which is effective.
I have a very good understanding of evaluation and the different processes however I need an expert to implement it.
Any recommendations or shared experiences will be most appreciated.
