Career Development Strategy

Would anyone be willing to share their organisation’s strategy on career development, or ideas to help me get started?

Currently our offering focuses mainly on short term activities, such as a 1:1 with a career coach, or mentoring, and we now want to take a longer term view (12-18 months).

It doesn’t have to be a ‘one size fits all’ approach as our staff are very diverse, from engineers to economists to call centre workers.
