Would anyone be willing to share their organisation's strategy on career development, or ideas to help me get started?
Currently our offering focuses mainly on short term activities, such as a 1:1 with a career coach, or mentoring, and we now want to take a longer term view (12-18 months).
It doesn't have to be a 'one size fits all' approach as our staff are very diverse, from engineers to economists to call centre workers.
