* 5 years Training & Development experience in a corporate environment in the City including areas such as: Induction; Organisational Development; Competencies; Performance
Management and Training Needs Analysis
* 8 years Leadership experience in a number of business environments specialising in setting up office systems and customer service.
* Experience in quality standards such as Investors in People, Business Excellence Review and ISO
* Certified Life Coach (BCA) and Career Counsellor (CEPEC)
I enjoy the free sharing of quick, convenient learning ideas and techniques that might take weeks to learn by course attendance or reading management materials.
