Surrey Police has developed a CCTV course for managers, operators, officers and the legal profession to bring everyone up to speed with the new CCTV legislation and working practices.
Schemes around the country will fail the data protection test and the RIP Act instructions if they dont ensure staff are up to date with the new rules of operation.
Solicitors will easily succeed at court if schemes fail to adhere to these guidelines and codes.
