Change Management

Hello everyone

I am a training manager and will be shortly training some clients on Change Management. Ii is seen that in today's scenario most of the training is conducted using ppt's and video clips. I would like some clues for the same.

You might want to have a look at a short video, there’s also a book, entitled: ‘Who moved my cheese?’ an animated video about two mice and two people going through the change process very differently in an amusing but structured way with ‘writing on the wall’ key points along the way.
