Hello

 I currently work in L&D and I do freelance training and personal performance coaching.

I will like to branch into change management but aligned with L&D.

The internet is a jungle with information, can you please enlighten me on what knowledge and skill I need to acquire that will build on my present skills.

I personally do not think I need to go the path of formal education...?
