We are looking at evolving our business model from training delivered face-to-face and charged at a daily rate to a mixture of day-rate face-to-face training and training delivered live over the web charged in 2 hour blocks.
This presents commercial challenges in terms of potentially reduced income for the days when only 2 hours are sold both for ourselves and our associate (freelance) trainers.
Obviously the long term answer lies in having sufficient volume of online learning to fill online training days with multiple sessions.
However, I am interested in hearing the experiences of anyone already on this journey and any specific and practical advice you can offer in terms of how you have moved through this initial phase, particularly if working with freelance associates who are used to working on a day rate basis.
Many thanks for your advice
