We're going to be moving over to a unified communications system next year, (about 300 users mostly on one site but not sure which system we're getting yet). I'm starting to think about the training and wondered if anyone had any recent experience of taking a group of users through this? I can train people on how to use the technology and how it will benefit them but I'm interested to know other people's experience of how long it takes for people to adopt new ways of working and any approaches that have worked well.

The features are very intuitive and extremely easy to use.
http://www.outsourcery.co.uk/Pages/Home.aspx have provided the training which has been no longer than 90 minutes per employee. They run back to back workshops over a number of weeks and we attend whenever we are free.
