Cheaper UK Internet call charges on the way?

A regular TrainingZone user has pointed out this article in the current issue of PC Format magazine which reports the imminent announcement by BT of reduced call charges over their network for access to the Internet. Apparently, this is in response to reduced tariff charges on some ISP accounts such as AOL.
